Collaborative Leadership

About

Lasting change doesn’t happen in isolation — it happens when we lead together. At Weaver Together, students, families, educators, and community partners all have a seat at the table. Students participate in youth advisory panels, design their own projects, and lead peer mentoring groups. Teachers and staff co-plan programs so that services align with school goals and classroom needs. Community partners like COMPASS, The Village, and Boys & Girls Clubs join us to bring fresh ideas, resources, and opportunities. Together, we celebrate achievements, review data, and make adjustments to keep improving. This shared leadership creates a culture of belonging and accountability that lifts up the entire Weaver High community. Collaborative Leadership is more than a philosophy—it’s a practical approach that empowers every voice and values diverse perspectives. In this self-paced program, you’ll discover how to foster authentic partnerships, build trust, and create systems for shared decision-making. Through real-world examples, interactive activities, and reflection exercises, you’ll learn strategies to engage all stakeholders in meaningful ways. Whether you’re a student, educator, or community partner, you’ll gain tools to initiate and sustain collaborative projects, resolve conflicts, and celebrate collective success. Join us to experience the power of working together and help shape a thriving, inclusive school community where everyone leads and everyone belongs.
